Limited Edition Print and Original on Display at Omega Gallery. Painted with expressively using wet washes and transparent acrylic with layered gently with opaques. The colours are bright in areas and subdued in the distance.
This was painted one Sunday in response to a meditation where a single daisy appeared as a pure flower with outstretched petals.
This motivated me to paint the daisies as if like us being blown in the wind and drawn closer to God. My Husband thought it represented The End of Springtime - and perhaps harvest is at hand. An interesting insight I thought.
