Biography: |
| | Ingeborg was born in Dresden/Germany long ago. She arrrived in Vancouver, Canada in 1952 and -- being inspired by the beauty of the landscape -- began drawing and painting. After years of studies at the Vancouver School of Art, Douglas College, Emily Carr College of Art and Design and Capilano College Ingeborg began teaching in the mid-seventies for institutions and -- eventually out of her studio. Her favorite subjects are people and landscapes. Mediums currently used range from charcoal, conte and watercolour to acrylics & oils for portraiture. Work has been sold widely and is available either as original or Ltd. edition Giclee prints. |
