The show continues on Saturday, November 22nd 2008 from 10am to 5pm, and on Sunday, November 23rd 2008 from 10am to 5pm offering additional unframed paintings. Admission is free.

In collaboration with the Fiber Arts Guild on Bowen Island, Shane Tweten will be showing his work at the Gallery @ Artisan Square, Bowen Island. Enjoy the fine detail and mastery of carving and painting that Shane has learned as well as the ancestral structure of which his works are based on. Learning mask carving from the Northwest Coast peoples he surrounds himself with, he has applied these teaching to his own heritage and created a unique style which blends many of those cultures. You can meet Shane at his opening as well as many other artists who work in various mediums and art styles.
