| Artist's Comments: | I enjoy tending my large garden where I grow a variety of flowers and vegetables. I quite often use these flowers and vegetables as subjects for my oil paintings. I especially love colour in my garden and in my art. My love of pottery goes hand in hand with my love of gardening and "getting down and dirty". I have been a potter for many years and have been a teacher of children’s pottery for the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Arts Coucil for over 20 years. I am a member of the Fraser Valley Potters Guild and have attended : The Fraser Valley College; Emily Carr School of Art, Kwantlen College, and Machosin College. My belief is: "Always do something you love and have fun!!!" I continue to live by these words. |
