PRISM: Painting Really Inspires Something Magical!

Wendy Eeckhout - water-based oils

We are three artists, turning ideas into paintings. Painting is our passion. We paint together at least once a week, and do painting "Prism Retreats" whenever we can. We have a synergy together that makes our paint-ins the highlight of our artistic activities.

Exhibits

2012:
We continue with our Tuesday PRISM painting sessions, where we meet at one member’s studio to paint together. We have no current plans for shows as we are still painting the commissions that came out of the March 2011 show - what a great success that was!

2011 Activities:

Sept 10, 11: Winfield - Lake Country Art Walk (We attended to study how to display our work when we enter it next year.)
July 1-30: Merritt - Merritt Centennial Exhibition at the Courthouse Gallery
May 5-28: Merritt - Wendy is showing at the Valley Visual Artists Annual Show and Sale at the Courthouse Gallery

April 19: Merritt - Civic Centre, display at the Centennial Community Concert
March 4-29: Merritt - Courthouse Gallery, PRISM Artists Show, Thursdays 4-8 pm, Fridays and Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm.
